Kind-hearted & Loving Son, Brother & Friend
Pecatonica - Brandon Spray, 21, of Pecatonica, died Monday, July 6, 2009, of injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident. Born June 22, 1988, in Rockford, the son of John and Tammy (Rager) Spray. He graduated from Pecatonica High School in 2007. While in high school, Brandon received the Industrial Technology Honor award and was active in 4-H, FFA, and football. He was employed by Babler Farms, in Rock City. Brandon enjoyed hanging out with friends, farming, fishing, motorcross racing, riding his sports bike and modifying his Ford F250.
Brandon is lovingly survived by his parents, John and Tammy Spray of Ridott; sister Tamber (Brian) Babler of Dakota; grandmother, Sherry Butz; great-grandfather, Bill Howard; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and beloved rat terrier, Itty.
Brandon was predeceased by grandparents, Melvin "Pete" and Betty Rager, Sr., Butch Essex and Devona Howard.
Funeral Information
Service is at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 11, 2009, in Pecatonica High School Gymnasium, 1300 Main Street, Pecatonica, with visitation immediately following to 5:00 p.m.; Executive Pastor Ron Langford of Crossroads Community Church in Freeport, will officiate. Cremation Rites will be accorded.
