
Obituary for Clarence E. Faulkner
Winnebago - Clarence E. Faulkner, 96, of Winnebago, died Wednesday night, August 19, 2009, in Neighbors Nursing Home, Byron, after a lengthy illness. Born November 18, 1912, in Winnebago, the son of Clarence and Lillian (Moore) Faulkner. Clarence married Elizabeth A. Miller on June 13, 1936, in Belvidere. Together, they farmed on Comly Road, in Winnebago. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, a lifetime member of Winnebago Masonic Lodge 745 AF AM and enjoyed woodworking.
Clarence is lovingly survived by his wife, Elizabeth Faulkner, daughters, Gloria (Larry) O'Rourke and Sharron (Denny) Cunningham, both of Winnebago and Cindy (Don) Mizner of Rockford; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two nieces; and a nephew. He was predeceased by his parents; two sisters; and a brother.

Private Graveside service will be held on Friday, August 21, 2009 in Winnebago Cemetery, with the Rev. Steve P. Shullanberger, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, in Winnebago, officiating.
