Rockford - Felicia M. Seyler, 19, of Rockford, died unexpectedly Wednesday morning, February 1, 2006, in her home. Born April 21, 1986, in Rockford, the daughter of Ronald A. Lowder and Charlotte Whitmire. She attended Jefferson High School, in Rockford. Felicia married John Seyler in August, 2004, in Rockford. A devoted mom, she loved taking care of her two year-old son, Jullian.
Felicia is lovingly survived by her husband, John, and son, Jullian Seyler, both of Rockford, father, Ronald (Pamela) Lowder of Rockford, mother, Charlotte Whitmire of Leaf River, sisters, Ashley Gissler of Rockford, Amber Lowder and Ali Lowder, both of Davis Junction, brother, Nathan Whitmire of Leaf River, stepbrother, Robert Fishburn of Rockford, grandparents, Ronald and Frances Lowder of Davis Junction and Fred Whitmire of Rockford, great-grandmother, Bertha Colmone, parents-in-law, Dennis and Brenda Seyler, brother-in-law, Barry Holligan, sister-in-law, Clarrissa (Caleb) Davis and Jody (Nick) Vecchione, all of Rockford, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and two nieces.
Felicia was predeceased by her grandmother, Sue Whitmire, grandfather, Samuel Colmone and cousin, Brandon Whitmire.

Service is at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 4, 2006, in Genandt Funeral Home, 602 N. Elida St., Winnebago, with the Rev. Steve P. Shullanberger, pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Winnebago, officiating. Burial in Winnebago Cemetery. Visitation 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2006, in the funeral home.
