Adored wife, mother and grandmother

Winnebago - Joyce Sullivan, 64, of Winnebago, died Thursday morning, April 20, 2006, in her home, surrounded by her family. Born November 16, 1941, in Uniontown, Penna., the daughter of George and Ruth (Conn) Silbaugh. She graduated from Uniontown High School in 1959. Joyce married Ray Sullivan on October 24, 1959, in Fayette County, Penna. Joyce was vice president and partner of Cinco Industries, a fastener industry supplier, founded by Ray and Joyce in 1971. They imported machinery from the Orient and Europe and enjoyed the travels required. She was a longtime member of Evangel Assembly of God Church. Joyce 's true passion was spoiling her grandchildren and giving her family a comfortable and loving home.

Joyce is lovingly survived by her husband, D. Ray Sullivan of Winnebago, children, Gary (Susan) Sullivan of Winnebago, Cindy (Michael) Maga of Elgin and Vicki (Edward) Keeling of Winnebago, grandchildren, Megan and Cody Sullivan, Derrick and Chad Cortes, Katheryn and Jesse Maga, Sarah Anderson and Kyle and Kayla Keeling, great-grandchild, Emily Cortes, three brothers, four sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Joyce was predeceased by her parents, two sisters and niece, Ashley Silbaugh.

Funeral Information

Service is at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 25, 2006, in New Life Bible Church, Route 20 at Hoisington Road, Winnebago, with the Rev. Dr. Paul B. Tinlin, retired pastor of Evangel Assembly of God, Hanover Park, officiating. Burial in Winnebago Cemetery, in Winnebago. Visitation 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, April 24, 2006 in Genandt Funeral Home, 602 N. Elida St., Winnebago.
