Obituary for Judith "Judy" Mae Osborne
Winnebago Judith Judy Mae Osborne, 74, of Winnebago died Wednesday, January 4, 2017 in Mercy Health System Rockford. Born April 7, 1942 in Beloit, WI the daughter of Johnnie Daniel and Harriet Florence (Lorenz) Smith. Graduated from Durand High School in 1959. Judy married Robert Howard Osborne on October 5, 1963 at St. Patrick Church in Rockford. She worked over 30 years as a secretary for the Rockford Health System. Judy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt and loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed taking care of her indoor cats and outdoor critters.
Judy is lovingly survived by her sons, Steve (Jennifer) Osborne of Winnebago, Mike (Shelly) Osborne of Caledonia, Bob (Melanie) Osborne of Flower Mound, TX; grandchildren, Emma, Ethan, Olivia, Nathan, Noah, Bryce, Justin, Brooke, Brandon, Jalen, Alisha; great-grandson, Carter; brother, Johnnie (Krisan) Smith of Rockton; sisters, Pat Albrecht of Durand, Sue (Bob) Ballard of South Beloit, Betty (Randy) Rhyner of Durand; several nephews and nieces.
Judy is predeceased by her parents; husband Bob Osborne; daughter-in-laws Kimberly Osborne, Karla Osborne; sisters, Kathy Scheck, Laurie Smith.

Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 12, 2017, in St. Bridget Catholic Church, 600 Clifford Ave., Loves Park with Fr. Keith Romke officiating. Interment Durand Cemetery in Durand. Visitation 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 11 2017 in Genandt Funeral Home, 602 N. Elida St., Winnebago.
