Obituary for Keith Samuel Walter Ptack
Davis - Keith Samuel Walter Ptack, 1, of Davis, passed away on Saturday afternoon, February 3, 2007, in his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born January 17, 2006, in Monroe, Wis., the son of Thomas Ptack and Ashley Higgins. Keith was a little fighter, and will be greatly missed.
Keith is lovingly survived by his parents; brother, William Robert Ptack; grandparents, Carl Danielson, Trish Smith, and Tom Ptack and several aunts and uncles.
Keith was predeceased by his great-aunt, Sebrina Davison.
Funeral Information
Service is at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 7, 2007, in Genandt Funeral Home, 602 N. Elida St., Winnebago, with visitation from 12:00 p.m., until service time; Pastor Tim Spickler, of New Life Bible Church, in Winnebago, will officiate. Cremation rites will be accorded.
