Obituary for Jennie Irene Kuntzelman
Morris - Jennie Irene Kuntzelman, 81, of Morris, passed away March 2, 2009, in Morris Hospital. Born April 6, 1927, in Winnebago, the daughter of Lester and Lulu (Earley) McDonald. Graduated from Winnebago High School in 1945. Jennie married Jesse James Kuntzelman on January 16, 1946. She was a loving and devoted wife for 63 years. They lived in the Rockford area until 1976, when they moved to Morris. Jennie enjoyed her family, homemaking activities and was an avid antique collector.

Jennie is lovingly survived by her husband, Jesse; two daughters, Irene (Fred) Lestina and Shirley (Tom) Joyce; three grandsons and five great-grandchildren, all of Morris; brother, Martin (Reva) McDonald; sister-in-law, Maureen McDonald; and favorite niece, Sherry Walker. She was predeceased by her brother, Virgil McDonald and sister, Margaret (Bob) Carpenter.

Funeral Information

At Jennie's request, cremation rites were accorded and there will be no service. The family was assisted by Genandt Funeral Home, 602 N. Elida St., Winnebago.
